CYBERPUNK 2077 (CD Projekt Red – PS4/X1/PC – 2019???) – Based on the 1988 tabletop role-playing game created by Mike Pondsmith, Cyberpunk, Cyberpunk 2077 was initially announced back in May 2012, posted online as a teaser trailer in January 2013, and revealed as a full trailer and pre-alpha game-play demo at E3 2018. According to game publisher, CD Projekt, as of May 28,2019, Cyberpunk will not be playable — at least to the public — at E3 2019

Despite this hardcore donkeypunch to the borgbrain for some of us grindheads, the 48-minute gameplay reveal walk-through at www.cyberpunk.net delivers a digitally ocular magnablast that’s guaranteed to jolt your neurotransmitters into Philip K. Dickamine overload. You’ll be Sprawling through Cyberpunk 2077’s Night City like a Neuromancing HardCase cloned inside Rick Deckard’s unicorn gun barrel. Gunna make yer gawddammd enemies wanna Nexus run!

Engineered upon a prodigiously humming, next-gen-consoled FPS/RPG chassis machined in vibranium-laden chrome, you’ll be fully equipped with the capabilities to engage in deep-submersion-level avatar customizations; these modifications also carry over to your own personalized and recombinant arsenal and transportation systems.

In Cyberpunk 2077, you’ll also engage in a nonlinear, freedom-to-use-and-choose, single-player campaign mode that runs on cyberdope-sex-and-guns. There are six distinctly different districts inside a seething NorCal metropolis brimming with corposcum, fixers, mercenaries, scavengers, and villainy the likes of which many of us videogaming scallywags long to live and die with/in. Hurry up, CD Projekt.
